Ingredients
- 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, plus extra for sprinkles
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 dashes liquid Stevia
- 6 hazelnuts
- 1 cream of one can of coconut (about a half cup)
Instructions
- Melt 2 oz of the baking chocolate in the microwave on medium power (try 10-second intervals; don't let it burn)
- Add the melted chocolate and the cocoa powder to the coconut cream and blend well using a small baking spatula
- Stir in the Stevia
- Garnish with the nuts and shave some chocolate sprinkles on top
