Chocolate Pudding

  • Yield: 2 small dessert bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, plus extra for sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 dashes liquid Stevia
  • 6 hazelnuts
  • 1 cream of one can of coconut (about a half cup)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 oz of the baking chocolate in the microwave on medium power (try 10-second intervals; don't let it burn)
  2. Add the melted chocolate and the cocoa powder to the coconut cream and blend well using a small baking spatula
  3. Stir in the Stevia
  4. Garnish with the nuts and shave some chocolate sprinkles on top
