The grocery-store brand commercial cereals marketed to us as healthy are actually a metabolically deranging, anti-nutrient & glycemic horror show. This real-food bowl of breakfast chow is rich and satisfying and actually good for you!
Make up a big batch so you can have this quick and convenient stuff on hand for hectic mornings. I ate this bowl (about 4 oz) with full-fat coconut milk. I’ve got a crazy day of deadlines ahead of me and I know I am good-to-go for several hours now — I won’t be sugar-crashing 2 hours from now and seeking-out carbs.
